Grounding Turbulence with Creativity

What would it be like to care deeply for yourself during this time of great change by simply responding with deep presence to the needs of your body, your mental thought process, your emotional needs and your spiritual needs for connection? What would it be like to follow the impulses toward deep fulfillment of the need to be safe, the need to be accepted, and the need for spaciousness to be a unique expression of the divine in human form? If you were to allow your self to simply be moved by the impulse within to nurture your self, you would see that this experience returns you to your center. Of course you must experience it to know it, to trust in it, but we see that it allows you to breathe a sigh of relief.

Being creative is a wonderful way to channel all of the light information that is coming through the Earth’s atmosphere and pressing upon your energy body. And yet it is the creative movement from a place of gentle surrender to what nurtures you that is most effective in grounding the turbulence around you and within you. We suggest that you hold an intention to create from this place of gentle surrender into what nurtures you. Because we see that it is the feminine principle of receiving nurturing that needs to be strengthened at this time in order for the light information of wisdom, clarity, and focused direction to be grounded effectively.

So for a time, we suggest, that you allow your creative endeavors to be a meditation or a pleasurable experience rather than a push for productivity. Productivity will come as the frequencies of ascension are grounded more fully into your body- that is inevitable. But for the time being we encourage you to focus on creative endeavors that allow you to relax, get excited and bask in their simplicity of enjoyment. Creative endeavors that are aligned with the feminine principle of anchoring and stabilizing will feel like a relief and they will allow for the masculine energies of focus and purpose to move through you effortlessly.

As we have said, it is the alignment with ease in your creative projects that will both allow the influx of light information to be grounded effectively and will direct you towards the larger vision of your life’s purpose. The primary focus right now at this time is to develop your capacity to be a vessel for the frequencies of ascension that come in the form of conscious awareness. At the same time it is essential that you take the pressure off of your self to perform or create anything in a particular way. Rather, practice filling your self up with the feeling of trust that as you align with your internal divinity and the external reflection of that divinity your creations will keep moving you in the direction of transformation and embodiment of your true divine nature.

There is much joy in simplicity. Once you regain your focus upon the joy of simplicity in your creativity you can begin to expand your creations, taking them to other levels of complexity. Yet this complexity shall stem from simplicity, rather than complexity that comes from confusion or a pushing will. You can give your self a break from processing the intensity by coming back to the practice of surrendering into creatively nurturing and accepting right where you are.

Clearning and Rooting with "10,000 Year Old Tree" Qi Gong

This is a very simple to learn but incredibly effective way to both clear your energy field of heavy, negative emotions and frequencies as well as ground you into the Earth so you can feel stable and supported. Incorporate this exercise into your daily routine and I guarantee you will feel the benefits of a cleaner and more rooted energy system. Use this exercise to clear anything that is circulating in your system, especially after a difficult interaction or when feeling stuck in recycling pain. Daily practice will provide great benefit!

1. Stand with feet shoulder width apart, feet pointing straight ahead. Arms extended out in front of you, level with your shoulders, hands pointed down towards the Earth. Imagine you are a 10,000 yr old tree with an enormous root system.

2. Take a breath in through your nose and on the exhale, through your nose, bend your knees as far down as you can go while keeping your back straight and your arms extended out. Use your breath and the movement to push out all negativity. Feel the energies leaving through your feet, moving into the Earth to be cleansed.

3. Take a deep breath in through your nose, turn your hands up toward the sky and straighten your legs. You are drawing up the replenishing Earth energies into your field to replace what you have just released.

4. Continue this motion up and down, connecting with your energetic "root system" and the Earth until you feel cleansed, refreshed and anchored.
